At the 49th annual IAADFS Duty Free Show of the Americas Gala dinner, which took place on March 29th, 2017, a touching tribute was paid to Alberto ‘Pancho’ Motta, the late President of the IAADFS and Motta Internacional.
At the Gala dinner which took place this week in Orlando, USA, a poignant film depicting the life and work of Pancho played on screens around the room, before the entire IAADFS board took to the stage in order to present the Motta family with a special donation.
“Pancho for many years has been involved with Operation Smile, which is why the board and the association has decided, in honour of the memory of Pancho, to make a donation to Operation Smile,” said the Chairman for the IAADFS and President of Motta Internacional, Erasmo Orillac.
