Building leadership by example

Stanley Motta shared his business and personal experiences with César Cernuda, president of Microsoft Latin America and the executives of the company, gathered in Panama during the Leadership Forum organized by Microsoft.

During the conversation, Stanley Motta spoke about leadership and how it is built “by example”. He also exchanged ideas with more than 500 Microsoft executives from different Latin American countries who asked questions about leadership and digital transformation.

The space provided the opportunity to get to know firsthand the Panamanian businessman and the person, by sharing his vision on various topics that were of interest to Latin American executives.
