The Grupo Motta Corporate Academy formally begins in 2017, as a response to the growing training and development needs of employees in the group’s companies, with the commitment and support of senior management.
One of its fundamental pillars is the School of Leadership, whose model is extended from the Leaders Development Program, co-designed with the prestigious Business School of the Adolfo Ibáñez University of Chile in 2013. It carries out various internal training programs with the aim of developing the knowledge, skills and attitudes required by the leaders of the company, in order to facilitate the achievement of the challenges and results in each of the businesses that make up the group.
The programs consist of face-to-face sessions between 28 and 40 hours a year and have the participation of expert facilitators with vast experience in leadership issues.
To date more than 500 leaders of the Motta Group companies in Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Honduras, Peru, Mexico and Chile have benefited from the programs of the Leadership School.
